Design is like air—you don’t notice it until it is missing, and then it’s all that matters. Good design is invisible and focuses you instead on content and meaning. Design is especially crucial on websites or applications, because they must stand alone, frozen in time, and still communicate effectively. I am a user experience designer, not a graphic designer, so my focus will be on structuring the user experience of your site so that your core message is clear.

Redesign

You know that your site could use some help. Visitors are confused and are not taking the action you want. But you don’t know how to get started. I will work with you to identify the key message you want to convey and the actions your visitors should take, and then redesign your site to accomplish your goals. You will receive mockups that are ready to take to your graphic designer or straight to the developers to implement immediately.
